Delete your WorkUte account

In the app (immediate)

Open WorkUte → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. You'll confirm twice, then your account and all its data are permanently deleted.

By email

If you can't access the app, email tradie@workute.com from the address you signed in with, and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in and profile
• Every job, photo, video, voice note, document, material list, time record and message you created
• All task and walkthrough links you sent (they stop working)
• Usage records tied to your account

What is retained

If you had opted into the shared trade vocabulary, your contributed records are anonymised, not kept as yours: the identifier linking them to you is destroyed, and only nameless term counts (for example "nogging — carpentry — confirmed") remain in the shared vocabulary. Nothing retained can identify you or your jobs.
